4th Quarter Workout Challenge

4th Quarter Workout Challenge 

 
 
Today, I woke up at 4:00 am for the first time and worked out.
I must say at first it was difficult, but it was totally worth it.
Below is a picture of what I did this morning, I will be doing it in the evening as well.
So instead of once a day, I am doing the exercises TWICE a day.
It wasn’t bad at all! It was great, I had plenty of energy throughout the day.

My 5 Week Fitness Challenge


Hey, Hey Everyone!

Starting Monday, I am partaking in a 5 Week Fitness Challenge...
eeek! I am so excited!

Here is a picture describing the challenge!

In addition to this challenge I will be eating a diet of:

  • Veggies
  • Fruits
  • Chicken
  • Fish
  • Legumes
  • Grains
In addition I will not be eating any:

  • bread
  • pasta
  • rice
  • refined sugar
  • NO FAST FOOD
What we eat contributes to 80% of our fitness success, in addition to working out.
It is important that we contribute more to eating clean and keeping ourselves hydrated!

It Starts With A Decision...

Hey Everyone,

My name is Candace...

I am a mother of a two year old.

I am 32 years old and...

I am approximately 160lbs.

To some people that is over weight...

To some people that is small...

To me it is just unacceptable.

This has more to do with how I feel

as opposed to how I look.



So today, I have made a DECISION.

I WILL LOSE 30lbs in the next 90 Days.

I WILL EAT CLEAN for the next 90 Days.

I WILL TAKE VITAMINS for the next 90 Days

I WILL WORKOUT at least 5 days/week for the next 90 Days.

I WILL CONTINUE with my DETOX Regimen.
