My 5 Week Fitness Challenge


Hey, Hey Everyone!

Starting Monday, I am partaking in a 5 Week Fitness Challenge...
eeek! I am so excited!

Here is a picture describing the challenge!

In addition to this challenge I will be eating a diet of:

  • Veggies
  • Fruits
  • Chicken
  • Fish
  • Legumes
  • Grains
In addition I will not be eating any:

  • bread
  • pasta
  • rice
  • refined sugar
  • NO FAST FOOD
What we eat contributes to 80% of our fitness success, in addition to working out.
It is important that we contribute more to eating clean and keeping ourselves hydrated!
